1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Emel is simple:
Browse our website to explore our collections. Once you find an item you love, select your size and click ‘ADD TO CART’ on the product page.
Click the ‘SHOPPING CART’ at the top of the page to review your selected items. You can add or remove items before checking out.
When you're ready, click ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.


2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Emel without creating an account.
However, registering offers several benefits:

  • Track your orders
  • Review your order history
  • Save your details for quicker checkout
  • Manage your account, addresses, and email preferences
  • Add out-of-stock favorites to your Wish List
    To register, simply click ‘Register’ and fill in your details.

3. What payment methods does Emel accept, and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard.
We also offer Bank Transfer options for customers worldwide.
Your data is protected using SSL encryption to ensure a secure shopping experience.


4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
Our default currency is PKR, but you can switch to  USD (United States Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar) or EUR (Euro).
To change the currency, click the currency option in the top right corner of our website.


5. Which countries does Emel ship to?
We ship worldwide.


8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For local orders within Pakistan, there are no additional duties or taxes—we offer free shipping.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.


9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
This includes changing the size, updating your billing or shipping information, or canceling the item.
After 24 hours, changes may not be possible, but feel free to contact our customer care team for help.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.


10. How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a unique order number.
Use this number to track your order by contacting our customer care team or checking your order status online.


11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting. We appreciate your understanding.
