Unstitched Collections

  • No return or exchange is available on unstitched items.
  • All unstitched-related complaints must be reported within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • Complaints received after 7 days will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy for Card/Bank Transfer Payments

Customers who pay via Credit Card or Bank Transfer may cancel or request changes to their order within 48 hours of placing it.
